Amanda L. Escalante helps with the Resource Department and helps with translation here at Springlake-Earth ISD. She is a graduate from SE and attended Grand Canyon University for three years until having a change of heart to be a paraprofessional instead. Amanda married another SE alumni (Shugg) Javier Escalante. They have two daughters. Abrie is an art student, and Briana is a Freshman. Mrs. Escalante loves to laugh - loudly! She is a brain surgery survivor and supports Chiari Malformation Research and Study. Amanda loves to spoil her little 'fur babies', Anaize, Bones, and Guapo. She also enjoys crafting, planning events, and goofing around with her friends and family making memories.
